Software User Agreement:

To Any And All Users:

Please study the terms of the following agreement carefully NOW BEFORE USING INFORM WEB FOR THE FIRST TIME. Upon first using INFORM Web you acknowledge irrevocably and without reserve that the following software user agreement is binding between WABCO and yourself, and you promise to fully live up to the terms of said agreement. Should you not wish to acknowledge the terms of the agreement, because you cannot agree to them, please close INFORM Web IMMEDIATELY after having finished reading this agreement.

ATTENTION ! WABCO disclaims any responsibility resulting from the installation of software produced by third parties such as Microsoft, Adobe, etc. WABCO does not offer any service for those third party software products.

Full responsibility for the use of INFORM Web and for the use of any and all information contained therein as well as full liability for any loss or damage originating from such use, lies with the user alone.

For security purposes the user may generate one CD copy of the data media received. The user is entitled to a non-assignable right (license) to use INFORM Web, but he/she is NOT entitled to any property right and consequently may not assign INFORM Web to a third party. For any form of assignment of INFORM Web WABCO's prior written consent is required.

The user may generate copies (electronic or hard copies) of all electronic documents without restrictions as to the number of copies, provided that internal use of all copies is being guaranteed without exception. WABCO's prior written consent is required if copies are to be published or offered to third parties. The user is entitled to use INFORM Web on as many computers as he/she wishes.

WABCO's liability for loss or damage is limited to either one single software-update or - optional for WABCO - a repayment of the price for INFORM Web DVD version. Any further liability is excluded by mutual consent, in particular any liability for loss of data, business losses or any other loss or damage related to the use of INFORM Web, no matter if the user lived up to the terms of this user agreement or not.

Waiving his right to revoke his/her following statement the user undertakes to pay any and all claims and to refund all litigation costs which orignate or may originate from, or which may be related to the use of INFORM Web. All INFORM Web files may be used inside INFORM Web only. INFORM Web or parts of INFORM Web may not be changed or manipulated. If the user generates a link to INFORM Web (Hyperlink to INFORM Web or to some parts of INFORM Web) he/she will have to inform WABCO immediately in writing (e.g. e-mail to info.es@wabco-auto.com ), giving WABCO the opportunity to update INFORM Web and existing links simultaneously. It is not WABCO's duty to inform the user beforehand about future INFORM Web updates. INFORM Web being an online-system, no version registration number will be available. All information will only remain valid until being updated. Upon finished update all copies will lose validity.
